If you would like your item to be gift wrapped, please select the gift option before checkout, I will ensure your gift is wrapped with a gift tag and the receipt will not be placed in the package!

Please note that custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless in the unlikely event the product is faulty. Please check all spellings before checkout, if spellings are incorrect and your item has already been processed unfortunately you will then need to order your item again.

The colours which are listed are the most frequent and popular colours used however there is a wide range of colours to choose from, please message me with your request and I will check availability of the colours for you.

All T shirts come as a standard fit, if you would prefer a more fitted look please message and this can be arranged. Please allow for a possibility of additional charges and dispatch time depending on stock availability.

All table runners are stitched all around the runner, so it does not fray and to give a professional look.

There are two brands which I use for the hoodies and it is recommended to size up with most of the coloured hoodies as they do tend to come up more fitted. The black, white, navy blue , ash grey, baby pink and red are all true to size.

The shipping method which is used is Evri which is a courier service that will deliver your parcel within 2-4 days, sometimes they can arrive sooner. If you need the order urgently please pop me a message where I can arrange alternative delivery for you.

All clothing should be washed with a mild detergent and it is recommended to wash on a cold or warm wash up to 40 degrees.
